Some Fabric I'd been Hanging on To.

A couple of weeks ago I spent a couple of full days cutting and sewing together all these blocks. I bought the fabric ages ago but never knew what to do with it. I love the blocks and once I got all the triangles done, it went pretty quickly but after sewing 30 blocks, the quilt is still way to small. I have enough fabric to make some more but I'm just not in the mood at the moment.

I've been a bit distracted from quilting by practising my newly acquired granny squares skills. No photos yet. I am working on actually producing a neat one!

  3. I often lose interest in a project I'm working on. After putting it away for a while, I usually enjoy going back to it. I love your blocks and I'm sure one day you'll be ready to finish it. Can't wait to see your "granny squares", no idea what it is though.

  4. I love the block you've chosen, and your wonderful collection of fabrics with white. This will be a treasure, and fun to get back to someday.

  5. I love how when you put these blocks side by side your eye is drawn all over the quilt! Great fabrics and great pattern!

Not every quilt must be big!
